When Opportunity Knocks

When opportunity knocks do you take advantage of it?…….. Successful people do…….  That’s what sets them apart from the ordinary person that’s often just getting by.

Opportunities to improve our lot in life are everywhere.  They’re right in front of us and we don’t even see them.  We probably miss hundreds of them a day.  Most of them are small …….  little things that at first glance don’t seem like they amount too much, but when taken over time can often lead to amazing changes for the good.

How often have you been at a party, or some other gathering,  and had an inclination that you should introduce yourself to someone you didn’t know?   Maybe they caught your eye or were talking to someone else you did know.  Do you realize how many million dollar business deals have been generated from something as simple as that?  Or, how many positive relationships have been developed because someone took advantage of such an opportunity.

It doesn’t seem like much now, but viewed over a lifetime these little opportunities  taken or missed, have a tremendous influence in our lives.

This website is dedicated to providing opportunities of all kinds to my readers.  What kind you ask?  Well, opportunities to make more money, achieve financial freedom, find products, services and tools that can simplify your business and personal life for one.   Opportunities to learn more about yourself, develop skills you didn’t know you even had and opportunities for mental and emotional growth.

There’s also an opportunity to get to know me if you choose, and in doing so for me to learn about you.  Who knows, we may be able to enrich each others lives in some way or another.  You just never know what’s around the corner.

When you start paying more attention to what’s going on around you the opportunities just seem to jump out of the woodwork.  That’s a good thing.  It does create a potential problem though.  The more opportunities we see, the more decisions we’re pressed to make, and the more often we decide to act the more risks we’re exposed to.

Risk is a scary thing to a lot of people.  What I’ve learned about risk over the years is this;  personal and business growth and development only happen when you risk failing.  I’ve failed a lot, and I don’t regret any of it because I’ve learned from the failures and grown from the experiences.  When you get beaten down you just get up and start over.  Just be careful you don’t repeat the same behaviors and thought processes that caused you to fail in the first place.

With all of that being said, this website is a series of posts about products, services, programs, ideas, books and information designed to help you learn to see and take advantage of the opportunities for growth and freedom that abound in your life.  Most of the posts will have some links to products, services and information I use, and yes if you click on them and purchase anything I will receive compensation.  Hopefully that won’t deter you from using these resources.

One of the opportunities I’ve taken advantage of is the fact that many people want and need more information.  They need and want products and services that can simplify and enrich their lives.  This website is the result of recognizing the existence of that opportunity.
